We get on a call, you send over one of your invoices, and we run it while you watch. You see what your costs did and what the new prices would be. Then we talk about your store.

How long does setup take?

What do I need to get started?
A phone at the loading dock. Your receiver snaps a picture of each invoice as it comes in, and you review the prices on the computer.

Yes — built in. The first time an item without a barcode comes in, a manager answers two quick questions. After that the system knows it.
Will my team be able to use it?
Yes. Scanning is taking a picture, and approving is one click. Most people learn it the first day.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your invoices, costs, and prices belong to your store, and they are kept separate from every other store. We never sell or share your data in any form that identifies you, and our AI provider doesn’t train its models on it. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

How long is my data stored?
For as long as you’re a customer — your whole history stays searchable. If you cancel, you can export everything, and we delete it 90 days later.
