What happens after I take a picture?
pricewise.ai reads the invoice, extracts the items, packs and costs, and prepares suggested retails using your saved margins. Your manager reviews the price changes and approves. The approved changes go to your POS, with shelf tags ready to print.
Will it change a price without my approval?
No. You can accept a suggested retail, enter a different price, or keep the current one. Only approved changes go to your POS.
Can I use different margins for different departments?
Yes. Set the margins you want for your store, departments or individual items. pricewise.ai uses those saved margins when it prepares prices, so your team does not have to calculate each retail by hand.
What if a cost goes up but I want to keep my price?
Keep it. You can see the new cost and what it does to your margin before deciding. The suggested retail is there to help you make the call.
Will this work with my POS?
We confirm compatibility with your system and version before setup, then work with your POS dealer to connect your store. You keep your existing registers.
What invoices can it read?
