You own your data
Your invoices, costs, prices, and margin settings belong to your store. You can export your complete data at any time, and it remains available for export after cancellation.
Your data is isolated to your store
Costs, prices, and vendor terms are visible only to the users you authorize, at the permission levels you set. No other store on pricewise.ai can access your data, and we do not sell it or disclose it in any form that identifies your business.
Aggregate data improves the product
We use de-identified, aggregated data across all stores to improve item recognition, standardize product descriptions, and maintain our shared catalog. This data never includes store names or any store’s individual costs, prices, or vendor terms.
You approve all price changes
pricewise.ai extracts invoice data, verifies the math, and suggests prices based on your margin targets. No price reaches your registers or your shelf tags without approval from you or your team.
Payments are handled by Stripe
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is never stored on our servers.
No contract
pricewise.ai is a recurring subscription with no long-term commitment. Cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Support access is limited and logged
When you request support, our team can securely access your account to diagnose and resolve the issue. This access is restricted to support purposes, logged, and covered by confidentiality obligations.
